Colorado is on Fire as Much as California

Colorado’s fires recently located in the East TroubleSome, Cameron Peak, Calwood have been flaming for the past three months and a half and going strong due to the high temperatures, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. People are saying snowfall is helping while others are saying the snowfall that almost everyone has gotten has killed the rates and dampened the fire. Being called “Colorado’s Natural Fire Hydrant” by CNN. Otherwise the fires are still going.

But Before the Snowfall, this wasn’t the case. It was much worse. It is considered the second worst and largest wildfire for Colorado. Burning 190,000 acres of land and this will keep increasing by 4-5% , according to CNN. Denver Post has reported that the East Troublesome has lost 188,079 acres of land on oct 22nd, Cameron Peak lost 206,977 acres, and Calwood lost 10,073 acres. And the rates will just keep growing more and more. Acres aren’t the only things being lost, homes are too. About 100 homes have been burnt to the ground due to these blazing fires.
