NBA Season Opener

On Tuesday, October 19th, the NBA officially started the 2021-2022 season. Two thrilling games between The Golden State Warriors v.s the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Milwaukee Bucks v.s the Brooklyn Nets. Stephen Curry trying to lead the once dynasty to one more championship, Lebron with a chip on his shoulder and trying to prove he is the greatest of all time, a hungry super team Nets, and Giannis Antetokounpo proving that he deserves the championship ring that he won last season. All of this combined was set to be a great season opener.

Starting with the Bucks versus theNets the game started with the ring ceremony. In Milwaukee last season’s champions were presented with their championship rings. On the flip side the Nets were down one from their superstar trio. Kyrie Irving is not allowed to practice due to his unvaccinated status. The Nets are not allowing a part time player on their roster so Kyrie Irving will be out until further notice.

In the other game the Lakers introduced superstar Russel Westbrook to their roster this off season. This was his first regular season game as a Laker where he only scored 8 points. The Golden State Warriors on the other hand had Stephen Curry who put on a show and led the Warriors to a win to start the season with 21 points. No matter who your favorite team is, this is going to be an exciting season.
