Christmas Recipe – Cranberry Cookies

Looking to make a delicious treat for the holidays? Here’s a recipe!

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter
  • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (6 oz) package of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 (6 oz) of packaged dried cranberries

Baking Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (or 175 degrees C). Lightly grease two separate baking sheets. Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and instant pudding in a large bowl until it smoothens. Beat one of the eggs into the butter until it completely blends, then beat the vanilla with the last egg. Mix the flour mixture until it merges. Add in the cranberries and white chocolate chips until all ingredients fully combine. Carefully drop spoonfuls of cookie dough 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
  3. Set cookies in the oven for 9-12 minutes until the cookie edges become golden brown. Let them cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before letting them cool on a wire rack.
